Blip is a leading tech company focused on software engineering solutions for sports entertainment, operating at scale as part of Flutter Entertainment. We're seeking a passionate Software Engineer to join our team and help us deliver innovative products to over 14 million monthly customers worldwide.
In this role, you will spend most of your time on back-end development, designing and maintaining robust distributed services, while also contributing to front-end development with React/Next.js to deliver features end-to-end. You'll implement and maintain complex, large-scale distributed applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews and architectural decisions, and contribute to technical innovation. This is an opportunity to tackle high-volume data platforms, work with modern cloud infrastructure, and grow in a collaborative environment that values quality code and continuous improvement.
You should have 5+ years of back-end programming experience (Golang, C#, etc.), expertise with distributed systems and messaging platforms, strong SQL and NoSQL database knowledge, and 2+ years of front-end development experience with React. Additional skills in automated testing, Git/GitHub, AWS, Kubernetes, and observability tools are highly valued. We're looking for someone who is collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Responsabilidades
- Implementar e manter aplicações distribuídas complexas e em larga escala, visando melhoria contínua
- Fornecer suporte rigoroso em revisões de código, decisões arquiteturais e avaliação de tecnologias apropriadas
- Desenvolver e manter funcionalidades front-end usando React e Next.js, garantindo experiência do utilizador eficiente, escalável e de alto desempenho
- Colaborar com outras equipas e stakeholders em projectos intra-equipa e cross-funcionais
- Investigar e resolver bugs, bem como ajudar na resolução de incidentes relacionados com sistemas e processos
- Criar e manter documentação técnica de design e outra documentação auxiliar (por exemplo, runbooks)
- Contribuir para a qualidade e inovação tecnológica do produto e do ambiente de trabalho
