Software Engineer - Digital Trust

Feedzai, a Series D RiskOps platform company, is seeking a passionate Software Engineer to join our Digital Trust Team in Lisbon. You will work on highly distributed, scalable event-driven services that operate with strict Ultra-Low Latency requirements, applying Machine Learning to Fraud Detection and Digital Identity assurance. As part of our talented engineering team, you'll execute the full software development life cycle, developing backend applications, APIs, and managing databases on an event-driven architecture while ensuring 24/7 platform reliability.

On a daily basis, you'll design and develop services to retrieve, process, and transform requests in near real-time, contribute to best practices and guidelines for software development, and participate in an on-call rotation for our mission-critical platform. You'll work alongside Product Management and Data Science teams to build next-generation tools that catch fraud in real-time, solving complex technical challenges across distributed systems, UI/UX problems, and extensive database design using relational, NoSQL, and graph technologies.
