Senior SuccessFactors Talent Specialist

Yazaki, a leading Japanese automotive supplier founded in 1929, is seeking a Senior SuccessFactors Talent Specialist to join its global team. In this role, you will lead and assist in the implementation of SuccessFactors Talent Management modules, including Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, and Onboarding, with opportunities to work on Recruiting, Learning, Compensation, and Opportunity Marketplace modules. You will map As-Is and To-Be processes, customize the system to align with organizational needs, manage user permissions and roles, and collaborate with global business leaders and HR teams to translate their requirements into effective system solutions.

Your responsibilities will include conducting workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather detailed requirements, providing comprehensive training to HR teams on system functionalities, creating training materials and user guides, and offering ongoing support to resolve user issues. You will stay current with the latest SuccessFactors features and best practices, identify opportunities for process improvements, participate in system upgrades and testing, and manage projects related to SuccessFactors Talent module deployments. Additionally, you will oversee SAP SuccessFactors releases for Talent Management modules, including reviewing release notes, preparing test scripts, and communicating changes to HR leadership.
