Senior SuccessFactors Employee Central Specialist (IT Consultant)

Yazaki, a leading Japanese automotive supplier founded in 1929, is seeking a Senior SuccessFactors Employee Central Specialist (IT Consultant) to join its global team of over 235,000 employees across 45 countries. As the primary owner of the Employee Central module, you will maintain data standards, define best practices, and ensure system alignment with functional specifications across HR and business units. You will customize and configure the SAP HXM ecosystem, manage feature deployment projects, and act as a Tier 2/Tier 3 expert to troubleshoot complex issues while collaborating with SAP Support.

In this role, you will analyze HR process requirements, identify automation opportunities, and stay current with the latest SuccessFactors releases to drive innovation. You will oversee release cycles, validate system changes, and support smooth business adoption while working closely with HR partners, operations teams, and IT leaders. Additionally, you will manage data accuracy, oversee data load processes, troubleshoot discrepancies, and support reporting needs through SuccessFactors dashboards and analytics.

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or Information Technology, with 3-5 years of professional experience in the same function. You must hold the SAP Certified Associate – Implementation Consultant – SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core (C_THR81) certification and possess expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Platform, IAS/IPS, People Analytics, and SAP CPI. Professional-level English is required, with knowledge of Spanish and French being advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, are essential.
