Join OutSystems as a Senior Developer and become part of the digital backbone driving the company's growth into the AI-powered era. You will join a small, high-autonomy team of 2-5 people with a clear mission to build enterprise applications, integrations, and digital products that run mission-critical operations. Working with roughly 70% innovation and 30% maintenance, you'll take ownership of features and integrations across live products while building new capabilities that didn't exist before, shipping real solutions to real users with your name on them.

As a senior engineer, you are trusted to take problems from rough briefs to production-ready solutions with minimal supervision, while raising the bar for developers working alongside you. Your responsibilities include solution design and delivery within architectural guidelines, building features and integrations through testing and bug fixing, connecting OutSystems applications to external systems, maintaining and extending the existing portfolio, ensuring quality before code merges, and sharing context that makes the team faster through documentation and mentoring.

Responsabilidades

Solution design and delivery — take responsibility for the architecture of your own work, execute it, and support it in production within the guidelines the Tech Lead sets
Build features and integrations that ship to production with real users and real consequences, from build through unit and integration testing to bug fixing
Integrate with external systems — connect OutSystems applications to the wider ecosystem according to defined architecture guidelines with attention to correctness and error handling
Maintain and extend the existing portfolio — understand applications the team maintains well enough to extend them without accumulating hidden debt
Ensure quality before merge — develop and apply instinct to distinguish correct code from code that merely looks plausible
Share context that makes the team faster — document decisions and patterns, help junior developers grow through review and example
