Securities Services Consulting – Senior Consultant

Join BNP Paribas' Securities Services Consulting team as a Senior Consultant based in Lisbon. You will participate in strategic and transformation projects in a co-staffing mode with consulting team members located in Paris, supporting the development of a local consulting arm. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex client challenges while collaborating with both the local Lisbon team and the international Paris-based consulting unit.

Your responsibilities will include taking full ownership of assigned project modules, performing complex modelling and analysis, and developing meaningful business solutions for clients. You will prepare and lead workshops, establish collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, develop your professional network with client management, and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team. This position requires you to connect cross-functional streams, coach team members on consulting skills, and contribute proactively to team development and business growth initiatives.

You will report functionally to the Head of the Paris Securities Services Consulting team and locally to the Lisbon Head of CIB Consulting & Transformation.
