Quality Assurance Engineer (m/f/d)

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our IT team in Porto, Portugal. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing, developing, and supporting the technology infrastructure that powers our global systems and operations. Your work will enable our teams to deliver fresh fruit, time-sensitive healthcare products, and much more to people around the world. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will help us achieve a high-quality continuous delivery process while being part of our exciting transformation journey, continuously growing and innovating our products and solutions.

You will work closely with customers, business, and product teams to review requirements and provide meaningful feedback in a cross-functional, self-organized agile environment. Your key responsibilities include creating comprehensive test plans and test cases, applying testing processes for new and existing features, designing and executing automated test cases, tracking quality assurance metrics, and conducting detailed error analysis. You will stay up to date with new testing tools, strategies, and methodologies, and support user acceptance assessments when needed.
