Operational Transversal Trainer

BNP Paribas is seeking an Operational Transversal Trainer to prepare and deliver high-quality transversal operational training for operational teams at beginner and proficient levels. You will be responsible for ensuring consistent knowledge transfer using specific tools and methodologies, while continuously improving training content based on feedback and developing new training formats across classroom, remote, and self-service platforms.

In this hybrid role based in Lisbon, you will deliver comprehensive training sessions with thorough preparation and follow-up, develop expertise in training tools such as PowerPoint and Klaxoon, support training campaigns, and mentor newcomers through their learning paths. You will also have the opportunity to innovate training approaches, solve complex problems, and contribute to the professional development of operational teams across the organization.
