OutSystems is seeking an Endpoint Specialist to join our Digital Success team and help deliver a secure and user-friendly digital workplace experience across our global organization. In this innovative role, you will manage and improve our endpoint ecosystem built around Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Defender for Endpoint, while working within an AI-native support model where intelligent agents handle routine tasks and human specialists focus on complex challenges.

You will be responsible for managing corporate-managed Windows and macOS devices, supporting BYOD/personal mobile devices (Android and iOS), and designing compliance and security policies that protect our organization while maintaining excellent user experience. Your work will involve close collaboration with IT operations, security, infrastructure, and support teams to ensure our multi-platform endpoints remain secure, reliable, and easy to use.

Responsabilidades

Manage and maintain corporate-managed Windows and macOS devices using Microsoft Intune
Support and govern BYOD/personal mobile devices (Android and iOS) using mobile application management and conditional access strategies
Design, implement, and optimize device compliance, configuration profiles, update rings, security baselines, and application deployment policies
Manage lifecycle processes, including provisioning, onboarding, offboarding, and device refresh
Work closely with security teams to strengthen endpoint security posture while preserving a positive user experience
Integrate endpoint policies with Microsoft Entra ID conditional access and identity governance strategies
Administer and monitor endpoint protection through Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
Assist with vulnerability remediation, device risk management, and security hardening initiatives
Support compliance initiatives and contribute to security documentation and standards
Continuously improve the employee device experience across platforms
Collaborate with Service Desk and IT support teams to resolve escalations and recurring endpoint issues
Advocate for solutions that balance usability, productivity, and security
Create clear technical documentation, end-user guidance, and operational procedures
Automate endpoint management tasks using scripting and modern management tools
Participate in projects involving modern workplace technologies, cloud management, and zero-trust initiatives
Analyse trends, recommend improvements, and help evolve endpoint management standards and practices
