BNP Paribas is seeking a Data Analyst Trainee to join its Real Assets team based in Lisbon. As a trainee, you will play a crucial role in supporting credit portfolio management by managing and validating data within credit files. You will work with a team of professionals known for their sectorial expertise, contributing to the bank's efficiency and risk management while supporting asset selection decisions. Data is a strategic asset at BNP Paribas, and your work will directly impact the accuracy and integrity of critical business information.
Your main responsibilities will include inputting missing data on credit files for presentation to the Credit Committee, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across different systems, and communicating with Credit Analyst teams to track progress. You will also create and maintain standard procedures for data input, produce periodic reports with clear analysis, and collaborate with teams managing source systems. This role offers exposure to multiple sectors including Transportation, Real Estate, Energy, Infrastructure, and Leasing across EMEA, providing valuable experience and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsabilidades
- Input missing data on credit files for presentation to the Credit Committee
- Ensure accuracy of credit data
- Ensure consistency of data between different credit files
- Communicate with CPM Credit Analyst Teams to get updates on progress of credit files
- Ensure proper understanding of credit files to identify structured data to be inputted
- Create and maintain standard procedures for data input (user guides)
- Cooperate and communicate with teams managing golden source systems to ensure correct data
- Produce periodic reports based on data collected and captured, providing clear analysis and interpretation
