Danish Customer Advisor for On-Demand Transportation Service

Join our Danish Customer Advisor team at Foundever and contribute to an outstanding customer service experience for a global platform that transforms how people move every day. We're looking for Danish native or fluent speakers with strong English communication skills to provide exceptional support to our customers through written and phone communication. As a customer advisor specialist, you'll handle first contact resolutions, build meaningful relationships with customers, and ensure we meet and exceed our quality goals and productivity targets while creating an amazing customer experience.

You'll be working in Porto, Portugal, in a multicultural environment with paid relocation support including flight reimbursement and accommodation assistance for the first 12 months. This role offers competitive wages ranging from €920 to €1,660 monthly, plus a €400 accommodation allowance, professional training, private healthcare and dental insurance, and excellent growth opportunities.
