BNP Paribas is recruiting a Corporate Actions / Income Processing Analyst for its Operations Processing team in Lisboa. In this permanent hybrid role, you will manage Corporate Actions and Income events while ensuring strict adherence to Service Level Agreements and operational procedures. You will be responsible for processing setups, instructions, and payments, maintaining the four-eyes checking principle, and providing accurate support to clients and service partners throughout the process.
Your key activities include managing client queries and service requests in dedicated tools, maintaining and updating procedures to reflect market and regulatory changes, and contributing to service improvements. You will develop knowledge of financial markets and instruments through regular market monitoring and updates. The role requires strong collaboration with internal teams and a client-focused approach with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsabilidades
- Manage Corporate Actions and Income events and client enquiries while respecting established Service Level Agreements and operational procedures
- Ensure all Corporate Actions & Income setups, instructions and payments are processed according to Bank standards and team procedures
- Guarantee the four-eyes checking principle whenever necessary without exception
- Provide accurate and detailed information to clients and service partners regarding Corporate Actions and Income events
- Manage all queries and client service requests in dedicated tools for statistical analysis
- Update all procedures on an ongoing basis considering market, service and product changes and risk factors
- Develop knowledge of financial markets, their changes and financial instruments through market updates and announcements
- Contribute to service delivery improvement and client satisfaction by sharing process improvements
