Core Network Customer Technical Project Manager - IMS/VoLTE

Capgemini Engineering is seeking an experienced Core Network Customer Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end deployment and integration of Interconnect Session Border Controllers (ISBC) across multi-operator and roaming environments. You will manage complex projects involving IMS, VoLTE Core, Diameter/RADIUS platforms, and interconnect gateways, coordinating in-depth technical discussions with engineering teams, vendors, operations, and customer stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include creating detailed migration and implementation plans, reviewing technical documentation, ensuring comprehensive testing, and executing migration activities with structured reporting to stakeholders and senior management.

You will drive project planning activities, milestone tracking, risk management, and deployment governance while supporting compliance and quality assurance processes for telecom deployments. This role requires strong hands-on experience with IMS Core, VoLTE architecture, SIP signaling, and telecom interconnect environments, combined with proven expertise in deploying and integrating ISBC/SBC solutions in multi-vendor and multi-operator environments. You must demonstrate excellent stakeholder management, communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional technical discussions and coordinate complex deployment activities under tight timelines.
