Compliance Expert

Allianz Partners is seeking a Compliance Expert to strengthen its Compliance capability during a period of critical growth and regulatory change. In this delivery-focused role, you will support the core Compliance Function in performing Compliance Quality Assurance activities in line with internal and external requirements across all entities. You will monitor the adequacy and effectiveness of business functions' processes, analyze operational incidents to identify potential Compliance Risks, perform Risk Assessment procedures, prepare Compliance Reporting, and discover innovative ways to improve the Compliance Management System. Your work will span multiple lines of business and jurisdictions, requiring you to deliver stakeholder-customized communication and drive tangible outcomes.

You will report functionally to the Allianz Partners Compliance Governance Manager and be part of a virtual international team that considers local regulations, Allianz Partners' internal rules, and Allianz Group requirements. Key responsibilities include identifying risks and emerging trends, supporting compliance-related processes and quality assurance activities, engaging with first line of defense representatives, analyzing structured and unstructured data to identify patterns, drafting and maintaining dashboards to analyze KPIs and KRIs, and designing and documenting Compliance Quality Assurance related processes. Proficiency in leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT and other technologies to enhance productivity and drive innovative solutions is essential for this role.
