**What requirements are we looking for?**

Make sure you comply with the following basic mandatory requirements we normally look for:

- We work in a multicultural environment so a
**fluent level of English**and**Portuguese**are always required.*German and Spanish are always nice to have.* - We work under a
**Hybrid Work Model**- So you will need to attend at least 2 times per week to your corresponding Job Center:**Lisbon**and**Palmela**. - It will depend on the role, but normally we look for someone
**graduated**under an**University Bachelor's Degree**as a minimum requirement. - Experience and expertise in a
**Microsoft Office**environment: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PowerBI, Teams, Outlook, MS Project, are tools we daily work with. **Legally Authorized**to work (39hs per week - full-time) and live in**Portugal**.
