Business Consultant - Process Improvement & Automation | Financial Services

As part of EY's Financial Services Consulting practice, you will support leading financial institutions in improving and transforming their business processes through the identification of opportunities for optimization, automation and operational efficiency. Working at the intersection of business and technology, you will collaborate with clients across the banking, insurance and wealth & asset management sectors to analyse current processes, define target operating models and support the implementation of workflow, BPM and low-code solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for analysing and documenting business processes, conducting requirements gathering activities, developing AS-IS and TO-BE process maps, and identifying opportunities for process optimization and workflow automation. You will support the implementation of BPM, workflow and low-code solutions while collaborating with business and technical teams to translate business requirements into technology-enabled solutions.

You will work closely with client stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams throughout project lifecycles, contributing to transformation initiatives across banking, insurance and other Financial Services sectors.
