Business Analyst (m/f/d)

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Business Analyst to take ownership of the messaging domain within the company's IT ecosystem. In this role, you will manage the development and support of technology infrastructure that powers global systems and operations, connecting over 200 cloud-based applications through Apache Kafka. You will work closely with the Product Lead to shape the strategy, roadmap, and core features of the Message + Event Platform while ensuring seamless integration and reliable event-driven architecture.

You will define and align the roadmap with a talented development team based on customer needs, translate customer ideas into actionable epics and user stories, and act as a servant leader for the development team. Your responsibilities include connecting with customers to understand their needs, specifying requirements, and guiding the team in technical decision-making. This is a vital role that enables Kuehne+Nagel's teams to deliver critical services worldwide, from fresh fruit to time-sensitive healthcare products.
