BNP Paribas is seeking an Account Life Cycle Officer for the German market, based in Lisbon. In this role, you will serve as a Single Point of Contact within the End to End Coordinator for Client On-boarding, acting as a pivot between various teams involved in account opening, clients, and the coordinator. You will manage the complete life cycle of accounts including openings, modifications, and closures for new clients, service extensions, fund creation, and offboarding, while handling business-as-usual account operations for existing clients.
Your main responsibilities include initiating and managing the life cycle process by verifying KYC requirements, preparing detailed documentation checklists, collecting and completing Account Opening Forms and Account Setup Forms, and coordinating actions across different teams to ensure smooth workflow progression and SLA compliance. You will communicate with the End to End Coordinator and clients to confirm account setups, provide positive influence on the process, and help stakeholders understand the objectives. This is a permanent hybrid position ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for client service.

Responsabilidades
- Initiate the Life Cycle process for opening, modification and closure, ensuring identification of services required by the client
- Verify KYC requirements and identify blocking points that need coordination with the KYC process SPOC
- Prepare and update checklists to collect detailed documentation with the client
- Manage the Life Cycle process by collecting Account Opening Forms and ensuring proper completion
- Complete Account Setup Forms and other forms required by specific teams
- Launch the Account Management Process in the dedicated tool
- Monitor workflow to identify risks of blocking points that could influence SLA contract compliance
- Coordinate actions between different teams to issue the workflow until completion
- Collect confirmation that setups are correctly done, especially for sensitive settings
- Send confirmation of opening/modification of setup to End to End Coordinator or client
- Influence process progression positively and reduce negative impacts for stakeholders
- Help stakeholders understand process objectives and provide best service
- Compile knowledge of tools, products, and teams
