Join Vantage Towers as an IT Support Engineer and play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting our critical IT systems infrastructure. You will be responsible for day-to-day L2 support activities including incident and service request management, troubleshooting, problem analysis and resolution across systems such as CRM, ERP, Web Portals, Billing systems, ESBs, API Gateways, and Order management platforms. Your key responsibilities will include monitoring and maintaining IT systems, performing configuration changes, health checks, and housekeeping activities, as well as managing ticket triage to suppliers for bug fixes and enhancements. You will work on minor code product issues, support capacity planning and hardware assessments, and identify opportunities for automation to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. You'll also support releases and deployments while driving process improvements across the IT operations team. Responsibilities
- Manutenção, monitorização, resolução de problemas e suporte de sistemas IT como CRM, ERP, Web Portals, sistemas de Faturação, Gateways de Faturação, ESBs, API Gateways, Gestão de Pedidos e sistemas de Fulfillment
- Realização de atividades de suporte L2 diário, incluindo gestão de incidentes e pedidos de serviço, análise e resolução de problemas, alterações de configuração, verificações de saúde e atividades de housekeeping
- Trabalho em problemas menores de produtos de código e escalada para equipas apropriadas, registo de falhas, rastreamento e resolução, processamento em lote e gestão de interfaces
- Suporte durante releases e deployments
- Suporte ao Planeamento de Capacidade e Avaliação de Hardware, com capacidade de criar um roadmap técnico para o produto
- Condução de melhorias de processos para aumentar continuamente o serviço e reduzir custos
- Identificação de oportunidades de automação para entregar melhorias significativas nos KPIs operacionais
