Join VOIS (Vodafone Intelligent Solutions) as a Digital Campaign Specialist to lead the execution of promotional campaigns across Vodafone's digital channels. In this pivotal role, you will enhance customer engagement through precise targeting, campaign configuration, and performance optimisation. You'll work cross-functionally to align stakeholders, manage advanced campaign tools such as Adobe Target and Airship, and ensure high-quality delivery across web and app platforms. Your responsibilities will include executing end-to-end digital campaigns for promotional offers and advertising initiatives, configuring and scheduling campaigns with audience setup and asset linking, conducting quality assurance testing, and monitoring campaign performance with comprehensive reporting. You'll be part of a dynamic, inclusive organisation that values collaboration, agile methodologies, and continuous learning, contributing directly to customer experience improvements through digital innovation.
