Senior Solutions Consultant

Feedzai is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to play an integral role in the sale of its leading RiskOps platform to high-profile Financial Institutions. You will partner with Feedzai's sales team to understand clients, prospects and partners' business, functional and technical needs, demonstrating how those can be achieved through the platform's capabilities. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will employ a combination of communication skills, compelling storytelling, solution design and collaboration to address business needs while supporting the sales team in effective qualification.

In your day-to-day role, you will provide product demonstrations and lead technical sales discussions across Europe, both remotely and onsite. You will manage formal tenders (RFPs, RFIs), build proposals, and orchestrate their lifecycle throughout the sales process. You will understand client business needs and offer tailored solution designs focused on financial crime risk management, while engaging with multiple stakeholders from Product to Delivery to ensure successful client engagements.

This is a remote position with up to 30% travel required. You will be part of a fast-paced, collaborative team spanning the globe, working with a Series D company valued at over $1.5B that protects 900 million people across 190 countries.
