Farfetch is seeking a highly motivated Senior Reporting & Analytics Analyst to join the dynamic FARFETCH Advertising team in London. In this role, you will take the lead on our Reporting & Analytics offering, designing and maintaining both externally facing reporting and internal analytical dashboards and tools. You'll work with data infrastructure spanning multiple advertising products including Onsite Sponsored Products, Onsite Display, CRM, and Offsite Paid Social, as well as critical data sources like Salesforce and Monday.com.
Your responsibilities will include delivering high-quality Advertising Campaign reporting and analytics for a range of clients, from report setup through QA and troubleshooting. You'll conduct ad-hoc analyses to inform sales pitches, troubleshoot campaigns, answer client questions, and analyse overall advertising performance. Working closely with the AdTech Principal, you will support strategic development and optimization of reporting solutions to enhance offerings, maximise client satisfaction, and drive business growth.
You'll be expected to identify improvement opportunities, conduct robust statistical analyses, maintain clear process documentation, and potentially lead on growth areas including incrementality measurement, reporting automation, and audience targeting technologies. This is a hybrid role based in London's tech hub at Old Street, requiring 3 days in office and 2 days working from home.
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the delivery of Advertising Campaign reporting and analytics, from report setup to QA and troubleshooting
- Ensure all Campaign Reports are successfully delivered on-time and to meet client expectations
- Identify opportunities for reporting improvements and changes with internal and external stakeholder feedback
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to answer questions about advertising campaign efficacy and make strategic recommendations
- Use robust statistical and data methods to inform analyses and recommendations
- Ensure Process Documentation is clear and up-to-date with continuous improvement suggestions
- Support the AdTech Principal in iterating and evolving operational processes for efficiency and scalability
- Lead on growth areas including incrementality measurement, reporting automation, and audience targeting technologies
