Junior Private Client Stylist

Farfetch, a leading global luxury fashion marketplace, is seeking a Junior Private Client Stylist to join their London-based team. In this role, you will develop and nurture relationships with a portfolio of approximately 250-300 high-value clients, combining personalised styling expertise with commercial acumen to drive sales and exceed targets. You'll work across the full client lifecycle—from reactivating lapsed clients to onboarding new, premium prospects—ensuring they experience the exceptional luxury shopping service that defines Farfetch.

Your responsibilities will include segmenting your client book for maximum impact, leveraging data tools like Looker and Salesforce to identify trends and opportunities, and creating personalised, inspiring content that showcases new products and designers relevant to each client's interests. You'll collaborate closely with the Private Client Manager and senior team members, attending networking events and co-hosting client acquisition activities while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and engagement.

The ideal candidate brings proven experience in luxury fashion sales, a deep knowledge of international trends and designers, and a genuine passion for styling and storytelling. You should possess strong commercial instincts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships through active listening and empathy. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems, combined with strong organisational skills and the flexibility to thrive in a dynamic environment, will set you up for success.
