Join Farfetch Advertising as an Interim Advertising Operations Specialist on a fixed-term contract for up to 12 months. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Business Strategy & Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal delivery of all booked advertising campaigns in line with client KPIs. You'll oversee operational processes from channel setup through campaign go-live and optimization, working in our collaborative London office located in Old Street, the heart of London's tech hub.

In this role, you'll manage end-to-end advertising campaign delivery, from channel setup and live monitoring to campaign optimization and troubleshooting. You'll take the lead on iterating and evolving operational processes for maximum efficiency and scalability, collaborate closely with Account Management, Sales, and Data & Reporting teams, and ensure clear, up-to-date process documentation. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with digital advertising or retail media experience who is proactive, commercially minded, and passionate about process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure end-to-end delivery of advertising campaigns from channel setup to go-live, live monitoring, optimization, and troubleshooting
  • Work alongside the Advertising Operations Executive to ensure all campaigns are successfully delivered on-time and on-target
  • Lead the iteration and evolution of operational processes for maximum efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to redesign processes and implement changes
  • Create and maintain clear, up-to-date process documentation for all key processes
  • Monitor overall advertising product performance and inventory utilization to identify improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with Account Management, Sales, and Data & Reporting teams
