Talkdesk is seeking a driven and ambitious Enterprise Account Executive to join our Sales team in London. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for pipeline generation and targeting public sector entities with 1000+ employees aligned to your region. You will proactively acquire new prospects and drive forward our business offerings through solution-based selling, managing complete and complex sales cycles while presenting to C-level executives the value of Talkdesk's Customer Experience Automation solutions. In this role, you will generate strong pipelines ensuring consistent quota achievement, create excellent internal relationships, and manage extensive negotiations on 5-7 figure multi-year contracts. You will streamline the contracts phase with strong proposal and negotiation experience, build partner and channel relationships, and work collaboratively with internal resources to own and grow new business pipeline. Your ability to command attention through compelling presentations and your experience as a trusted advisor will be essential to success. We are looking for individuals with proven experience closing large corporate and enterprise software deals, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, and capable of being a Talkdesk Evangelist. You should have extensive experience selling to C-suite and senior management, creating self-generated opportunities, and developing champion relationships that drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complete and complex sales cycles including pipeline generation and presentations to C-level executives
  • Streamline the contracts phase with strong proposal, terms and negotiation experience
  • Align with Talkdesk sales Go-to-Market plan and develop accountability for targeted prospects in region
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and planning to Leadership
  • Build partner, channel, and alliance relationships to sell more successfully and overachieve quota
  • Act as a Talkdesk Evangelist
  • Work in collaboration with internal resources to own and grow new business pipeline
  • Upsell new products to base of active customers
