Stadium Goods is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Channel Manager to operate and optimize our entire Shopify ecosystem, including our flagship stadiumgoods.com website, Tapcart mobile app, and integrated marketplace channels such as TikTok Shop and Walmart Marketplace. In this critical role, you will ensure seamless technical operations, data accuracy, channel performance, and world-class customer experience across all digital touchpoints. You'll report directly to the Senior Head of Ecommerce and serve as the daily operator responsible for maintaining optimal platform performance, site speed, and user experience. Your responsibilities will span platform management, multi-channel operations, and strategic cross-functional collaboration. You'll manage day-to-day Shopify storefront operations, oversee the mobile app experience, coordinate with development teams for platform enhancements, and ensure operational integrity across all integrated sales channels. Additionally, you'll partner with Supply, Creative, Marketing, and other teams to drive revenue growth by analyzing demand signals, optimizing merchandising, and maintaining high customer satisfaction across all owned channels.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the stadiumgoods.com online storefront built on Shopify, ensuring optimal performance, site speed, and user experience
  • Own the Tapcart mobile app experience, managing content, promotions, and ensuring feature parity with the website
  • Coordinate with development and IT teams for platform maintenance, new feature implementation, A/B testing, and bug resolution on Shopify Plus
  • Manage all installed apps and third-party integrations including sorting, merchandising, channel connectors, and forms
  • Oversee functionality and performance of key sales channels integrated with Shopify: TikTok Shop, Walmart Marketplace, and Shopify Shop App
  • Ensure operational integrity of third-party connectors, guaranteeing seamless data flow between channels and the core Shopify platform
  • Proactively monitor operational dashboards to prevent and quickly resolve data discrepancies or fulfillment failures across the ecosystem
  • Manage product catalog setup, merchandising, and content presentation tailored for website, app, Shop App, TikTok, and Walmart channels
  • Monitor and analyze demand signals and trends across all owned channels to identify supply opportunities and relay insights to the Supply team
  • Coordinate with Creative team to align on merchandising needs and platform-specific requirements for product imagery and promotional materials
  • Work with Paid and Organic Marketing teams to monitor demand, ensure budget alignment, and drive revenue while maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Engage with other Ecommerce Channel Owners to share insights, transfer best practices, and collaborate on growth strategies
  • Track and report on performance KPIs for the entire ecosystem, providing actionable insights for growth
  • Stay current with platform updates and feature releases to identify optimization opportunities
