Join Farfetch's Marketing team as a Customer Growth Manager specializing in Loyalty, reporting to the Director of CRM & Loyalty. In this strategic role, you'll develop, execute, and analyse promotional campaigns and reward propositions designed to increase customer engagement, drive repeat purchases, and maximise lifetime value. You'll be responsible for designing comprehensive annual promotional and rewards calendars, overseeing go-to-market planning across all channels, and working closely with customer analytics, commercial, finance, and product teams to optimise performance. As a hands-on operator, you'll blend creative thinking with quantitative rigour to lead ideation and cross-functional execution of optimisation plans. Your responsibilities include managing budgets, defining customer segments, analysing data using Excel and BI tools like Looker, and presenting actionable recommendations to senior leadership. This role requires a proven track record in optimising promotional performance within high-volume retail or e-commerce environments, with strong understanding of key metrics including LTV, ROI, and incrementality. You'll work in a collaborative environment at Farfetch's London office in Old Street, with a flexible hybrid arrangement (3 days in office, 2 days working from home). Responsibilities

  • Design and manage a comprehensive annual promotional and rewards calendar targeted at various customer segments
  • Oversee go-to-market planning of promotions from concept through execution across all channels
  • Work with customer analytics to define and refine customer segments for personalised targeting
  • Manage annual budgeting and quarterly re-forecast processes with analytics and finance teams
  • Lead ideation and cross-functional execution of optimisation plans across analytics, CRM, creative, and messaging
  • Develop and test new offers and rewards
  • Analyse promotional performance and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership
  • Manage and develop team members
