You will research, write, edit, and collaborate across brand, product marketing, design, and PR teams to ensure cohesive, creative storytelling aligned with business goals. Your responsibilities include overseeing social strategy and SEO programs, monitoring content performance metrics, defining KPIs across digital channels, and driving innovation in content formats using AI tools responsibly. This role offers the opportunity to translate complex technical concepts into engaging narratives that influence how the world's leading financial institutions understand and engage with Feedzai. You will be immersed in Feedzai's brand during your first 30 days with training, mentoring, and support to succeed. Responsibilities

  • Write and edit blogs, reports, ebooks, and customer stories that meet highest standards of clarity and quality
  • Develop narratives that make complex topics accessible and engaging
  • Work with design and video teams to adapt content across formats
  • Monitor and analyze content performance against established metrics
  • Oversee social strategy, SEO programs, and web content to maximize reach and engagement
  • Partner with product, demand generation, and sales teams to ensure content maps to customer journey
  • Define KPIs across content, communications, and digital channels
  • Drive innovation in content formats, digital distribution, and use of AI tools
  • Partner with product marketing to translate positioning into customer-ready content
  • Uphold editorial standards and ensure all content reflects Feedzai's brand tone
  • Maintain consistency across global campaigns and customer touchpoints
