Farfetch is seeking a highly skilled AdTech Manager to join its dynamic advertising team in London. You will lead the strategic development and optimization of advertising technology solutions, architecting and overseeing the integration of advertising technologies across first-party and third-party platforms including Onsite Sponsored Products, Onsite Display, CRM, and Offsite Paid Social. Working closely with marketing, data, and engineering teams, you'll define and implement scalable solutions that enhance audience targeting, attribution measurement, and campaign performance while ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations. In this role, you'll champion the evolution of the AdTech stack to maximize client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and support business growth. You will line manage the Advertising Operations and Data & Reporting teams (four people), staying close to campaign execution and overseeing how AdTech is utilized in practice. You'll also evaluate new technologies, define best practices and governance frameworks, and drive collaboration across teams to achieve a single customer view across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and oversee the integration of advertising technologies across first-party and third-party platforms
  • Ensure seamless data flow across advertising platforms, data & customer analytics, and audience targeting technologies
  • Partner with marketing, data, and engineering teams to define and implement scalable solutions for audience targeting and campaign performance
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance advertising capabilities with focus on automation and omnichannel orchestration
  • Define best practices, governance frameworks, and training programs to enhance advertising tech adoption
  • Champion the use of zero, first, and third-party data for advertising personalization while ensuring data privacy compliance
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to drive towards a single customer view across all touchpoints
  • Line manage the Advertising Operations and Data & Reporting teams (four people)
