Farfetch is seeking a highly skilled AdTech Manager to join our dynamic Advertising team in London. You will lead the strategic development and optimization of our advertising technology stack, which spans onsite sponsored products, display advertising, CRM, and offsite paid social channels. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Business Strategy & Operations, you'll be responsible for architecting seamless integrations across first-party and third-party advertising platforms, ensuring optimal efficacy, delivery, and scalability of our paid advertising services. In this role, you'll partner with marketing, data, and engineering teams to define and implement scalable solutions that improve audience targeting, attribution, and campaign performance. You'll evaluate new technologies, establish governance frameworks, and champion best practices for advertising tech adoption. Additionally, you'll line manage the Advertising Operations and Data & Reporting teams (currently four people), allowing you to stay close to campaign execution and understand how the AdTech is used in practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic leader with deep expertise in advertising and marketing technology platforms, e-commerce experience, and a strong technical background including API integrations, data architecture, and marketing automation workflows. You'll work in a hybrid environment (3 days in office, 2 days remote) from our London office in Old Street, the heart of London's tech hub.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and oversee the integration of advertising technologies across first-party and third-party platforms (Onsite Sponsored Products, Onsite Display, CRM, Offsite Paid Social)
  • Ensure seamless data flow across advertising platforms, data & customer analytics, and audience targeting technologies
  • Partner with marketing, data, and engineering teams to define and implement scalable solutions for audience targeting and campaign performance
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance advertising capabilities with focus on automation, insights, and omnichannel orchestration
  • Define best practices, governance frameworks, and training programs to enhance advertising tech adoption across teams
  • Champion the use of zero, first-party, and third-party data for advertising personalization while ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to drive a single customer view across all touchpoints and customer journey phases
  • Line manage the Advertising Operations and Data & Reporting teams (4 people)
