Senior DevOps Technical Lead (VOIS)

VOIS (Vodafone Intelligent Solutions) is recruiting a Senior DevOps Technical Lead to lead and mentor a team of DevOps professionals in a collaborative, high-performing environment. This role focuses on driving innovation, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining platform stability through observability solutions and automation. You will lead DevOps engineers, promote continuous improvement, and foster a culture of excellence within a global organisation.

As the technical lead, you will maintain stability of observability platforms using Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and CloudWatch, create actionable dashboards and alerts to prevent failures, and monitor system health through robust logging. You will ensure smooth release management, administer Linux-based systems, conduct incident response and root cause analysis for production issues, and drive DevOps practices across the global Vodafone Group.
