Feedzai, the world's first RiskOps platform for financial risk management, is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our Sydney office. In this strategic role, you will lead the creation, development, and expansion of revenue-producing activities within a set of strategic accounts, leveraging your deep expertise in financial services and fraud prevention. You will be responsible for developing buyer and senior-level relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and protecting and growing your overall book of business in this quota-carrying, revenue-generating position.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include owning end-to-end Feedzai relationships with clients, creating and executing comprehensive strategic sales plans, and building lasting relationships with Tier 1 banks in the territory. You will identify new business opportunities, develop senior-level relationships, and champion customer needs by mobilizing internal teams. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment spanning across the globe, where you can drive adoption of Feedzai's innovative AI approach to fraud and AML solutions while protecting consumers globally.

With 8-15+ years of experience in key account or strategic enterprise sales, you will bring advanced knowledge of financial services, fraud, and payments industries. Your entrepreneurial mindset, consultative selling skills, and ability to navigate complex sales processes will be essential to success. You will own the entire sales journey from first contact through implementation, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a results-driven approach to achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end Feedzai relationship with clients across objectives, opportunities, power map strategies, concerns and barriers
  • Originate, manage and build strong personal relationships with key client executives, line of business decision-makers and influencers
  • Create and execute comprehensive strategic sales plans to serve as roadmap for establishing and developing Feedzai client relationships
  • Drive business with Tier 1 banks in the territory building lasting relationships and winning new accounts
  • Achieve client-specific revenue and growth targets through quarterly and annual revenue targets within strategic and associated accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities, develop new senior-level relationships, and nurture and grow existing relationships
  • Champion customer needs by mobilizing internal teams to achieve customer-focused results
  • Own Feedzai growth plan and drive Feedzai's position aligning with Go-to-Market vision
  • Own entire sales process from first contact through first stages of implementation of Feedzai solutions
